Evondos is now looking for a Bid Manager to lead and coordinate tenders across the Nordic market.

The role combines analysis, coordination and commercial insight, with a clear impact on how business is won. You will work in a flexible setup with a high degree of independence, while collaborating closely across the organisation.

This improves and enhances patient safety and medication adherence. Evondos helps clients live independently in their own homes, reducing the pressure on home care services, allowing them to focus on more complex care needs.  

What does a day at the company look like?

In this role, you take ownership of tender processes from start to finish, combining analytical work with coordination and commercial input. Your focus is on ensuring high-quality bids while supporting the sales organisation across multiple markets.

You will, among other things:

• analyse tender requirements, identify risks and gaps, and build structured, high-quality bid responses

• coordinate input from internal stakeholders across the Nordics

• support sales in ongoing business opportunities by contributing to strategy, positioning and commercial setup

• manage and review contract-related matters related to tenders and customer agreements

• collaborate with external stakeholders

• contribute to improving processes, ways of working and knowledge sharing within bid management and sales support

The position offers flexibility in terms of location - you can be based anywhere in the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway or Finland) and work either remotely or in a hybrid setup, depending on your location. The focus is on finding the right person.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you bring a solid background in public tenders within the Nordic market. You have several years of experience managing bids, procurements or agreements—either from the supplier or buyer side—combined with a proven track record of sales towards the public sector.

You also hold a relevant academic degree and have a strong understanding of procurement legislation (such as LOU) and contract law. Experience of working with IT systems and contributing to process development is important. You are fluent in English and Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish). Additional languages, such as Finnish, are considered an advantage.

The role requires a structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into clear and well-founded proposals. You take ownership of your work and are comfortable working independently, while also collaborating effectively and building strong relationships across functions and markets. A commercial mindset comes naturally, combined with strong attention to detail and quality. With a proactive and solution-oriented approach, you have a genuine interest in improving processes and contributing to the continued development of the organisation.
